Your personal data administrator is OPTITRANS Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Włocławek (87-800), Al. Chopina 2/4 lok 1 (hereinafter referred to as OPTITRANS). Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of taking up and performing the contract for the provision of transport and forwarding services concluded between you and OPTITRANS, for the purpose of concluding and performing a future contract between you and OPTITRANS. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Providing data is not obligatory, but it is necessary to take appropriate actions prior to the conclusion of a contract and its implementation. OPTITRANS will forward your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data in the name and on behalf of OPTITRANS. Your data will be provided to OPTITRANS Clients (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where the legitimate interest of OPTITRANS is the proper performance of contracts / orders (in terms of: name, surname, business telephone number and business e-mail address, PESEL number or ID card number, passport number, driving licence number). OPTITRANS will also share your personal data with other business partners. We store the personal data collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), but they may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any transfer of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with applicable law. If data are transferred outside the EEA, OPTITRANS uses the standard contractual clauses as safeguards for countries where the European Commission has not found an adequate level of data protection.
Your personal data related to the conclusion and performance of an agreement for the performance of contracts will be processed for the period of their performance, as well as for a period not longer than the provisions of law, including the provisions of the Civil Code and the Accounting Act, i.e. not longer than 10 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the last agreement was performed.
Your personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing future contracts will be processed until an objection is raised.
You have the right to do the following: access to your personal data and receive copies of personal data undergoing processing, rectify the inaccurate data; request deletion of data (right to be forgotten) in case of circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR; request limitation of data processing in cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR, object to data processing in cases provided for in Article 21 of the GDPR, transfer of supplied data, processed in an automated manner.
